Canada Strikes Again!

I met Tom and Natalie (Canadians) on a chicken bus from Granada to Rivas and then we all decided to share a taxi on our way to Isla de Ometepe.  They seemed like friends I had known for years so we decided to share a hotel room along with Jennifer (also Canadian) whom we met at the port when we got to the island.  Jennifer has been living as an Expat in Spain and more recently Argentina for quite a while.  Though such little time on the island we did manage to make it a memorable experience.  We all pitched in for a day tour of petroglyphs, a visit to an enchanted lagoon and finally an exhilirating dip in a natural hot spring.  Great meeting all of you!
